PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-supply unit capable of using a battery mounted on a specific apparatus as a power source for another apparatus.SOLUTION: A power-supply unit 1 includes a battery charger 20 which has an AC outlet 31 and a USB connection terminal 32 which can be mechanically and electrically connected to and disconnected from a battery 10 for supplying the power to an electric power-assisted bicycle 100 as a specific apparatus and can be electrically connected to another apparatus to supply the power from the battery 10 to the another apparatus.
