Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter capable of forming a wave form of an input current.SOLUTION: A PFC 100 includes: a bridge circuit 3; a filter circuit 6; a snubber circuit 4; and a switch circuit 5. The filter circuit 6 includes two smoothing capacitors 6a and 6b which are connected to each other in series between a positive pole line 7a and a negative pole line 7b, in which a neutral point 7c is connected to two smoothing capacitors 6a and 6b therebetween. The snubber circuit 4 includes: two snubber capacitors 41a and 41b connected to each other in series between the positive pole line 7a and the negative pole line 7b, in which the neutral point 7c is connected to two snubber capacitors 41a and 41b therebetween. The switch circuit 5 includes an IGBT 51a disposed in the positive pole line 7a and an IGBT 51b disposed in the negative pole line 7b.
