Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power converter, in which the inductance is decreased significantly at a joint and the connecting work is simplified extremely.
SOLUTION: First conductive plates 12, 13 and a second conductive plate 14 are formed integrally on the surface, and rear of an insulating board 11 to produce a power board 1 onto which semiconductor elements T1-T6 and capacitors C1-C12 are fixed mechanically through fixing metals. Consequently, electrical connection required for each component is made simultaneously. Since the conductive plates 12, 13 and 14 of the power board 1 serve as the reciprocal current path of a DC circuit, inductance of the circuit is decreased significantly.
