Abstract:
To provide a power convertor of a PDM modulation inverter system that uses a resonant DC link circuit, capable of reducing noises and improving conversion efficiency.
The power convertor comprises a rectification circuit 1 which converts AC current to DC current, an inverter circuit 2 which converts the DC output to polyphase current, and a resonant DC link circuit 3 provided between the rectification circuit 1 and the inverter circuit 2. A switching means of the resonant DC link circuit 3 is an SiC transistor 12.
