Abstract:
PURPOSE: To transmit accurate information through the rejection of effect of defective channel having noise, by transmitting the same information to all the channels assigned during one cycle.
CONSTITUTION: Data "1" is transmitted with n channels at the 1st one cycle and data "0" is transmitted at the next one cycle. The set value B of a setter 19 is selected to a smaller but near value to the number n of the channel. When data "1" is transmitted to all the channels of one cycle, it is counted with n at a counter 17. The count value n is compared with the set value B and it is judged as original value transmitted with the data for the cycle, if n>B. If the count value is smaller than the set value, it is judged as the production of noise.
