To provide a power feeding connector structure for vehicle, which can easily connect a power feeding device to a vehicle without the need of large installation space and significant modification of an existing facility.

A power feeding connector 6 of a power feeding device is engaged with a power reception receptacle of a vehicle and feeds power. An insertion section 61 whose outer peripheral face is in a complete round shape is formed at a front end of a connector housing 61 of the power feeding connector 6. A plurality of reciprocally insulated power feeding terminals 62, 63 and 64 are arranged on the outer peripheral face of the insertion section 61a to form a line in an axial direction. A pair of reciprocally insulated power feeding signal electrodes 65 and 66 are projected on a front end face of the insertion section 61a. When a vehicle stops, the power feeding connector 6 is engaged with the power reception receptacle. Thus, a plurality of vehicle side terminals 77a, 77b and 77c which are installed in the power reception receptacle and are different in length abut on the corresponding power feeding terminals 62, 63 and 64. The power feeding signal electrodes 65 and 66 abut on corresponding vehicle side signal electrodes 75 and 76 of the power reception receptacle.
