The drive device control system includes: a plurality of drive devices for respectively controlling a plurality of electric motors; and an upper-level device, communicably connected to the plurality of drive devices, for integrally controlling the electric motor of each drive device. The plurality of drive devices are divided into one or more sections. The upper-level device includes: section criterion speed calculation means for calculating a section criterion speed; and drive instruction generation means for generating a section-by-section drive instruction on the basis of the section criterion speed. Also, the upper-level device transmits the section-by-section drive instruction to each drive device. According to the section-by-section drive instruction, the drive device includes individual speed calculation means for calculating the individual speed of the electric motor to be controlled by the drive device.
