Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrification unit of which the device size can be reduced without using an environmental load material such as mercury and which is capable of stably supplying power to a material to be processed.SOLUTION: A power feeding roll is disclosed for continuously supplying power to a material to be processed and comprises: a main shaft including an input connection part for receiving a current required for electrolysis; a plurality of columnar or cylindrical contacts disposed around the main shaft; a cylindrical electrification member which is disposed while involving the main shaft and the contacts in an axial direction; and a holding member for holding the contacts between the main shaft and the electrification member.
