Abstract:
To provide a method for controlling charging and discharging of a storage battery, starting and stopping of a water electrolysis apparatus and starting and stopping of an engine generator, directed at a renewable energy power generator including a wind turbine generator in which a generated power varies with a weather condition.SOLUTION: In the power fluctuation relaxation method for an engine generator 6 generating electric power using stored hydrogen and a wind power generating system S using a storage battery 3, at least one type is available as a threshold value of the storage capacity of a hydrogen tank 5 and at least two types are available as a threshold value of the storage capacity of the storage battery 3, respectively; therefore, charging and discharging of the storage battery 3, starting or stopping of a water electrolysis apparatus 4 and starting or stopping of the engine generator 6 are controlled, respectively, according to a relationship between the respective threshold values, the storage capacity of the hydrogen tank 5 and the storage capacity of the storage battery 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
