To provide a power generation device that can be easily mass-produced, is low in manufacturing cost and high in electromotive force, and generates power, when it is hooked on a finger and carried or attached to clothing or a vehicle and swung.
The power generation device 100 has an electrode in its front surface and back surface. One end of a PVDF (polyvinylidene-fluoride) film 10 formed in a zigzag shape is clamped by a wrapping bag 70 and the wrapping bag 70 is provided at one end with an oval through-hole 50 so that the bag can be hooked on a finger. A weight 80 is provided at the other end of the zigzag-shaped PVDF film 10 so that the film can be excited. A luminous element such as LED is housed in the wrapping bag separately from the PVDF sheet 10.
