To provide a power interchange control system that can exploit power stored in a central storage battery of each power management aggregation to a maximum extent and can effectively suppress power consumption of each power management aggregation.
A power management aggregation 2 of a power interchange control system 1 comprises: a plurality of users 21; a direct current bus 25 with which the plurality of users 21 are connected in parallel; a central storage battery 32 connected with the direct current bus 25; a system interconnection power supply 31 connected with a commercial alternating current power supply 4; and a central control device 33 connected with the system interconnection power supply 31. At each power management aggregation 2, power supply to the plurality of users 21 is performed by the central storage battery 32. Each central control device 33 communicates with a management center 5 and mutually interchanges power via each system interconnection power supply 31 and the commercial alternating current power supply 4 between the central storage batteries 32 of respective power management aggregations 2.
