Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-saving electric screwdriver that is provided so as to select and use the function according to a torque of an electric screwdriver to thereby double a normal available time of a battery.SOLUTION: An electric screwdriver is formed by including a micro controller 5, and the usage thereof is provided with a three-step adjustment mode, namely, a high performance mode, a normal mode and a power-saving mode. At the same time, the electric screwdriver is used by the combination of an ultra capacitor 3 and a battery 6 in a control board in the electric screwdriver. Thereby, assuming that a rotational speed by the micro controller 5 is not changed, restriction necessary for meeting torque is performed to a current and a setup current, and an operation of the current is changed to perform restriction to the current output by the battery 6. In a different power-saving mode, either restriction can achieve power-saving effect, and at the same time, the saving of the current enables a temperature of the battery 6 to drop, and thereby the useful life of the battery 6 may be extended by the achievement of the power saving.
