Abstract:
To enable sure detection of generation of condition of high load occurring when a steering wheel is turned at a low speed of engine like at the time of idling and also enable speedy increase of engine speed.
This is a power steering device provided with a pump P driven by an engine E and a control part for controlling the speed of engine 1, wherein the part 1 detects a steering angle θ and a steering angle threshold value of steering wheel ω, and the engine speed is increased when the steering angel θis not less than a preliminarily set steering angle threshold value θ1 or when the steering angle speed ω is not less than a preliminarily set steering angle speed threshold value ω1.
