Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering device which can improve the support stability of a worm shaft and a steering feeling.SOLUTION: This power steering device comprises an elastic member which is arranged at an end part side of a worm shaft at a side opposite to an electric motor in a direction of a rotating axis of the worm shaft, and imparts an energization force to a bearing at a plurality of fulcrums in a direction around the rotating axis of the worm shaft so that backlash between a worm wheel and the worm shaft is reduced at an external peripheral side of the bearing which rotatably pivots the worm shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
