Abstract:
To clamp and protect a voltage applied to a switching element SW3.SOLUTION: One end of a protective rectifier element D1, one end of a protective capacitance element C5, and one end of a protective inductance element L4 are connected to each other at a central point 14 to configure a bias circuit 33. The other end of the protective rectifier element D1 is connected to a DC high voltage point 11 from which a DC high voltage is outputted. The other end of the protective capacitance element C5 is connected to an output point 12 from which a switching voltage is outputted. The other end of the protective inductance element L4 is connected to a ground potential. When the voltage of the output point 12 becomes large by the reflection from a load, the protective rectifier element D1 becomes conductive, and the voltage of the output point 12 is clamped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
