Abstract:
Provided is a technique for aggregating the characteristics of multiple appropriate electronic devices in a power system in response to power flow constraint or voltage constraint infractions. This power system control device is provided with a specification unit and a generation unit. The specification unit acquires, from a data base, infracting device information indicating system devices infracting against power flow constraints or voltage constraints inside the power system, and, on the basis of the infracting device information, specifies a subsystem, i.e. a portion of the power system. The generation unit acquires, from a database, device location information which indicates the locations of multiple electronic devices inside the power system, specifies a group of multiple electronic devices inside the subsystem on the basis of the device location information, acquires from the database, for each of the electronic devices belonging to the group, device characteristic information indicating characteristics of cost relative to output adjustment, and synthesizes the device characteristic information of the multiple electronic devices belonging to the group to generate group characteristic information indicating characteristics of cost relative to output adjustment of the group.
