A barrier part 21 constituted by arranging a plurality of ribs 21A at a proper interval in the forward and backward directions is formed in the vicinity of an intake port 2a in a rear part of a wind passage 2c in a housing 2, and a storage part 21a is formed in a lower part of the barrier part 21. When a dust collecting case 22 is stored in the storage part 21a, a labyrinth-like dust collecting wind passage 2d being a part of the wind passage 2c is formed. The dust collecting case 22 stores a magnet 24 in its inside, and is constituted to be detachable from storage part 21a.
