Abstract:
To provide a power tool which can surely fix a machining unit by a guide bar.SOLUTION: A power tool 1 includes: a motor 6; a blade body 7 which is driven by the motor 6; a base 2 on which a material to be machined is mounted to be machined by the blade body 7; a holder 3 which is provided on the base 2; a guide bar 4 which is slidably supported by the holder 3. The power tool 1 further includes: a machining unit 5 which includes the motor 6 and the blade body 7 and is vertically movably supported by the guide bar 4; a regulation component 8 at least a part of which is arranged between the holder 3 and the guide bar 4 and regulates a sliding range of the guide bar 4 with respect to the holder 3; and an operation component 9 which receives an operation for regulating the sliding range of the guide bar 4 with respect to the holder 3. When the operation component 9 receives an operation from a user, the regulation component 8 presses the guide bar 4 from at least two directions, so that the regulation component 8 is fixed to the guide bar 4 and the sliding range of the guide bar 4 with respect to the holder 3 is regulated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
