To prevent falling of a hub after operation of a torque limiter with simple structure, in a power transmission device.
The power transmission device has a pulley 1, the hub 2, and the torque limiter 3. The power transmission device further has a pulley-side recess and projection part 101 circumferentially formed to a pocket part 102 of the pulley 1, and a hub-side recess and projection part 201 made of an elastic member and circumferentially disposed on an outer ring 202. Fitting of projections in the recesses in an axial direction of both parts connects the pulley 1 and hub 2. A part of the outer ring 202 is axially projected to form a projection part 202a whose tip has a claw part 202b, and the projection part 202a penetrates an insertion hole 107 formed in the pulley 1. Even if the torque limiter 3 is operated and broken, the claw part 202b is engaged with the insertion hole 107 to prevent falling of the hub 1 from the pulley 2.
