To provide a power transmission device manufacturable at low cost by adopting a low strength material for a power cutoff member.
This power transmission device 41 comprises a rotating shaft 49 in which a step surface 55 is formed between a rotating shaft body 51 and a male screw part 53, an inner hub 73 on which a contact surface 91 facing the step surface 55 is formed, a cutoff part body 81 installed on the inside of the inner hub, and the power cutoff member 79 having a tubular member 85 with a female screw part 83 and a connection part 87 for connecting the tubular member 85 to the cutoff part body 81. The rotating shaft 49 comprises, on the step surface 55, an annular washer 93 installed while increasing the diameter from the step surface 55 in the radial outer direction and abutting on the contact surface 91 of the inner hub 73.
