Abstract:
To provide a power-transmission line insulated electric line and a floater air-pressure device drainpipe system that enable reducing a construction period of 50 years to five years or less, by realizing drastic reduction of cost in underground electric pole to approximate cost in power-transmission line.SOLUTION: Water is prevented from entering by adjusting an internal air-pressure of each of a power-transmission line insulated electric line 1 and a floater hub air-pressure device to around 5 atm, with respect to the power-transmission line insulated electric line 1, by the floater hub air-pressure device 10. The power-transmission line insulated electric line 1 can easily guide the power-transmission line insulated electric line 1 to a site of each of a building and a residential area without requiring any construction cost by attaching the floater hub air-pressure device 10 thereinto at equal intervals to be guided into a sewage pipe or the like. Cost is only required for a meter calculation expense of the power-transmission line insulated electric line and payment of the floater hub air-pressure device, and a manhole attachment tool and a small amount of construction cost, thus drastic reduction of budget can be realized by eliminating civil engineering work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
