Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cover from being removed and the fragments of a broken bridge part and a dumper from being scattering when the bridge part forming a torque limiter part is broken.
SOLUTION: A locking projected part for lockingly fixing the cover 9 to a pulley 1 is formed in two stages. By this, when the bridge part 8 is broken, though the locked state of a first locking projected part 9a is released by the displacement of the fragments of the driven side bridge part 8 in the rotating axis direction, the cover 9 is lockingly fixed to the pulley 1 by a second locking projected part 9b and is not disengaged from the pulley 1 because a force to displace the fragments of the driven side bridge part 8 further in the rotating axis direction does not occur after the fragments of the driven side bridge part 8 ride over the fragments of the drive side bridge part 8. Thus the fragments of the broken bridge part 8 and the damper can be prevented from scattering.
