This power vehicle is provided with a HST 4, to which the revolving power of an engine 2 is transmitted, the trunnion shaft 30 provided inside of the HST 4 to change an output of the HST 4 from the vehicle forward-traveling direction to the backward-traveling direction, a forward-traveling HST pedal 9a and a backward-traveling HST pedal 9b for changing a turning angle of the trunnion shaft 30 between the vehicle forward-traveling direction and the vehicle backward-traveling direction in response to an operation rate, and a HST neutral return arm 37 vertically provided under a space between the forward-traveling HST pedal 9a and the backward-traveling HST pedal 9b to return the two HST pedals 9a and 9b to the neutral positions.
