Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-coated fin material for a heat exchanger in which a close fitness of a water glass hydrophilic film against an anti-corrosion base film is kept superior, even if it is left in a wet environment in particular for a long period of time, a desired hydrophilic characteristic and an anti-corrosion characteristic are maintained positively. SOLUTION: This pre-coated fin material for this heat exchanger is made such that an anti-corrosion base film comprised of compound for forming anticorrosion film formation containing as its substance non-cyclic polyhydric alcohol with valence value of 3 or more with more than three monohydric alcohols within a molecule, and a hydrophilic film composed of compound forming hydrophilic film containing as its major substances alkaline silicate, partial-neutralized polyacrylic acid and non-cyclic polyhydric alcohol with valence value of 3 or more within a molcule, are formed in this sequence at the surface of aluminum or its alloy. Then, either washing with water or pickling processing is carried out after forming the hydrophilic film.
