Abstract:
【課題】Ｈ形鋼のフランジ部又はウェブ部の長手方向の各位置について精度よく特性を予測する。【解決手段】材質予測装置１０は、製造ラインで製造される、前記製造ラインの方向に延びるＨ形鋼のフランジ部又はウェブ部の特性を予測する。材質予測装置１０は、前記Ｈ形鋼のフランジ部又はウェブ部の長手方向における各位置について、前記製造ラインにおける複数のセンサで測定される複数の測定データを取得する測定データ取得部３２と、各位置についての前記複数の測定データに基づいて前記Ｈ形鋼のフランジ部又はウェブ部の各位置の特性を予測するための予め学習されたニューラルネットワークを用いて、各位置について前記取得された前記複数の測定データから、前記Ｈ形鋼のフランジ部又はウェブ部の各位置の特性を予測する予測部４０と、を含む。【選択図】図２
