Abstract:
To solve such a problem that when changing connection configuration between cell rows connected in parallel, an in-rush current flows between the cell rows for eliminating voltage difference between the cell rows, and an accumulator battery may be destroyed.SOLUTION: A predictor includes a first calculation part for acquiring information of total voltage value and total resistance value of multiple cell rows, assumed to be connected in parallel after replacement, and calculating finite difference of the total voltage value and finite difference of the total resistance value between the assumed multiple cell rows, respectively, and a prediction part for predicting the magnitude of an in-rush current expected to flow between the assumed multiple cell rows, by replacing at least any one of the multiple cells with a cell for replacement, on the basis of the finite difference of the total voltage value and the finite difference of the total resistance value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
