To provide a prefabricated pile, which brings a bearing force from a lower face of a projection and a lower face of a sloped step part thereof to act on the bearing ground to increase a vertical load and a pull-out force to be born by one prefabricated pile, so as to exert a high vertical supporting force and a high horizontal supporting force in a well-balanced manner.
A pile hole composed of a shank portion 2 and a wide bottom portion 3 is drilled in Fig.(a). A concrete prefabricated pile is lowered into the pile hole 1, the prefabricated pile being made by connecting a lower pile 32 with a lower end portion having annular ribs 5 and 6 and the sloped step part 35 to an upper pile 30 in Figs.(b) and (c). Cement milk (having solidification strength of about 100 to 300 kg/cm2 corresponding to the strength of the bearing ground) is injected into the wide bottom portion, and following the solidification of the cement milk, a pile structure 10 in which the prefabricated pile 4 is buried in the wide bottom portion 3 of the pile hole 1 is constructed in Fig.(d). The annular ribs 5 and 6 and the sloped step part 35 are located in the wide bottom portion 3 of the pile hole 1.
