CONSTITUTION: Concerning the preliminary announcement command system for performing the voice command by synthesizing stored voice pieces, an input part 31 receives the character information inputted from a computer 1. A character information storage part 33 receives and stores the character information from the input part 31. A voice conversion part 34 converts the character information from the character information storage part 33 to the voice pieces. A control part 32 controls these parts. A voice generation part 35 generates the voice made into a sentence from the voice pieces received from the voice conversion part 34 and sends the voice through a transmission part 36 to a command terminal 2.
