Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a change in weighing time, and shorten the weighing time even if there is a change more or less in large input by impressing a preload on a load system balance from another fixing part up to a value equal to or close to the weighing stage to weigh a value fewer than a desired value.
SOLUTION: A desired fixed quantity (weight) value and a large input quantity value are set by variout setting units 15, and an operational push-button 18 is pushed, the first time, a preload is impressed on a load detecting load cell by a value equal to a preset large input quantity value, and large input is immediately started by a signal 28. When the completion of the large input comes, by weight of a raw material inputted in a weighing hopper 22, a pressing shaft 5 of the preload-applied load cell and a preload impressing upper surface 4 approach a boundary point of whether or not they separate from each other, and are put in a balanced condition, and the large input is completed soon. When the large input is completed and small input advances, the pressing shaft 5 and the upper surface 4 reliably separate from each other, and it soon reaches a prescribed quantity, and the small input is also stopped, and fixed quantity weighing operation finishes. Preload impressing operation can be omitted from second time.
