Abstract:
To obtain both a premix for a jellylike composition having excellent workability, from which a jellylike composition can be produced while carrying out sufficient quality control and health supervision and the jellylike composition produced from the premix for the jellylike composition and to provide a method for producing the jellylike composition.
This premix for the jellylike composition is characterized in that the premix comprises a paste material as a main component, formed into a solid state and is made to be a jelly state by heat treatment without collapsing the formed state.
