Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a container or a package excellent in transparency, gas barrier properties, heat resistance and mechanical characteristics and a premolding product in order to provide the container or package.
SOLUTION: This premolding product or molding product is obtained by melt molding a composition, comprising (A) polyethylene terephthalate and (B) polyethylene naphthalate at (900/10) to (10/90) weight ratio of the components (A)/(B) and having ≤4000P difference in melt viscosity at 290°C between the components (A) and (B) and a blow molding product is obtained therefrom. The composition for forming the molding product has ≤200°C crystallization peak temperature at the time of heat-up (Tc1), the relationship between Tc1 and the weight percentage (BLD%) of the component (B) of 0.786 (BLD%)+110.0≤Tc1≤0.786 (BLD%)+145.0, ≥15mj/mg calorific value of crystallization at the time of heat-up (Qc), ≥20mj/mg heat quantity of crystal melting (Qm), ≤50ppm acetaldehyde content and ≤8% haze.
