To provide a method for preparing a plane for taking out coke for a plurality of coke ovens operated while being separated into a prescribed number of series according to the kind of cokes to be produced by which the need for knowledge acquiring operations can be eliminated to avoid such conditions that nothing is known at all until a solution is obtained, and practice is stopped at a suitable time and operations can be performed by using the best solution at the time as an actually adaptable one, and also an apparatus therefor.
Prescribed conditions for preparing a plan are inputted to produce operation blocks for successively operate pushers for charging coke into ovens for the coke with the first genetic algorism(GA) based on the conditions for preparing the plan and the arrangement order of the operation blocks is optimized to optimize the starting time in the allocatable time of the operation blocks in which the sequential order is optimized with the second GA. The operation blocks in the allocatable time are displayed for each series and a plan for pushing the coke, as necessary corrected, is transmitted to a computer for control capable of controlling the oven for the coke in the method for preparing the plan for pushing the coke comprising preparing the plan for pushing of the plural ovens for the coke operated in divisions into a prescribed number of series according to the kind of the produced coke.
