PURPOSE: To cover reinforcing tubular membrane to an outer cylinder so as to impart sufficient gas-tightness, in filling the space between the outer cylinder and the reinforcing tubular membrane with a sealing material at both end parts of said outer cylinder, by using an injection mold jig and a rubbery member.
CONSTITUTION: A rubbery member 5 is mounted to the column like protruded part 12 of an injection mold jig 1 having said protruded part 12 vertically provided to the plate like base thereof so as to insert the protruded part 12 into the rubbery member 5. In this state, the opening end of a reinforcing tubular membrane 3 is inserted around the rubbery member 5 so as to provide the gaps between the reinforcing tubular membrane 3 and the outer surface of the protruded part 12 and the open end surface of the reinforcing tubular membrane 3 and the upper surface of the base standard part 11. Subsequently, an outer cylinder 2 is placed on the base part 11 and a sealing material is injected into the outer cylinder 2 to seal and fix both end parts of the outer cylinder 2. As the sealing material, an mold injection grade resin material such as an epoxy resin or a polyester resin is used.
