Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preservative treatment method that prevents corrosion of wood over a long period of time without using a chemical solution and that allows a user to use safely and securely for various uses.SOLUTION: An preservative treatment method includes: permeating natural wood 1 with hydrogen water 2; and decomposing a carbohydrate and a protein contained in the wood permeated with the hydrogen water 2 to produce a corrosion-resistant wood.EFFECT: Since an antiseptic action is achieved by, instead of injecting a chemical solution, impregnating inside of the wood with the hydrogen water, which decomposes the carbohydrate and the protein, to decompose the carbohydrate and the protein serving as nutrients for a decay fungus and the like, the wood requires no regular treatment as compared to a conventional wood impregnated with the chemical solution, and also the method can be used safely and securely for all users as the hydrogen water, which is safe as it is used even for drinking water, is used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
