Abstract:
There is provided a press brake that can improve bending accuracy. A press brake 1 includes: a conveying mechanism 2 that intermittently conveys a workpiece 90; a die 3; a punch 4 including punch elements 4a; a bending amount measuring device 8; punch element adjusting mechanisms 10; and a control device 9. The control device 9 refers to a database in accordance with the bending amount measured by the bending amount measuring device and the thickness at a position where the bending amount is measured, and corrects the positions of the punch elements corresponding to the measurement position, i.e., modifies the shape of the punch.
