PURPOSE: To freely cope with the manufacture of various lead frames by forming one part of a punching punch from the plural punch blank pieces freely removable from a punching die.

CONSTITUTION: Numerous small pin-like punch blank pieces 2 are planted by crowding on a punch 1. The crowding form can be co-used for the manufacture of the lead frame of multikinds by crowding in the form punching the unnecessary part by aligning to the forms of the island part, inner lead, outer lead, etc., of the necessary lead frame. Therefore, the need for arranging a die for each lead frame is eliminated and the man/hour in the die manufacture and control can drastically be curtailed.
