Abstract:
To provide a production method for a press-molded article capable of inhibiting springback when forming a curved protrusion strip part.SOLUTION: One embodiment of this disclosure is a production method for a press-molded article for obtaining that article having a protrusion strip part in which a longitudinal direction is curved by press operation. The method comprises a process of pressing a blank in a thickness direction so that a binding effect of a second area located outside the curve of the protrusion strip part of a first area in which the strip part is formed among the tabular blanks is larger than that effect of a third area located inside the curve of the protrusion strip part of the first area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
