The metal-made product having the projecting piece extended at angle α to a surface crossed at the right angle to the axial line passing through a top surface wall, is formed with a punch combining body 20 and a die. The inside blank holder surface 120 extended at the angle α to the horizontal plane (the plane crossed at the right angle to a prescribed shifting direction), is formed at the tip part of an inside die ring 52. The outside blank holder surface 122 extended at angle β to the horizontal plane, is formed at the tip part of the outside die ring 54. An inside drawing surface 130 having the angle αto the horizontal plane and matching to the inside blank holder surface 120, is formed at the tip part of the punch cutter 30. An outside drawing surface 132 having the angle β to the horizontal plane and matching to the outside blank holder surface 122, is formed at the tip part of the punch cutter 30. The angles α and β are β<α and 0°≤β≤30°.
