An adjustment mechanism 100 adjusts the relative angular positions of the first eccentric part 60 and the second eccentric parts 62a, 62b with respect to a first connecting rod 70 and second connecting rods 72a, 72b by relatively turning the first and second eccentric shafts 8, 10 with respect to the first connecting rod 70 and the second connecting rods 72a, 72b, and the stroke of a slide 14 or the bottom dead center position is adjusted.
