By inserting a small-sized hydraulic device 7 and a tool which is matched with the shape of the inner surface of the pole in the inside of the pole from the window frame of the damaged pole, applying the tool to a deformed part and pushing the tool by hydraulic pressure, the recessed part 2 is pushed back to the outside and the bend is repaired.
