Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press mold capable of highly accurately and efficiently executing comparatively shallow press molding such as chamfering and choking.SOLUTION: A press mold of the present invention comprises a face-push punch 11 molded in a desired shape by pressing a surface vicinity of a workpiece 9 up to a predetermined depth, a first cam 131 having a first base surface 131a for contacting with a top face of a head part of the face-push punch and a first inclined plane 131b inclined to the first base surface, a second cam 132 having a second base surface 132a capable of becoming parallel to the first base surface and a second inclined plane inclined to the second base surface and capable of slidingly contacting with the first inclined plane 131b, a frame body 12 for constituting a storage chamber of the first cam and the second cam and an adjuster 133 capable of adjusting an interfacial distance between the first base surface and the second base surface, by displacing the movable cam 131 being at least one of the first cam and the second cam in a specific direction parallel to the first base surface or the second base surface from the storage chamber outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
