Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow high-speed rotation by resolving a problem that a C-shaped structure opening section has a flare, in a pressing machine having a C-shaped structure slide having an opening at its front.
SOLUTION: Hook surfaces constituting an upper and lower projected shape are provided on the front of the slide 02 at its upper and lower section. There are provided a plurality of low-mass tie rods 07 forming surfaces to be hooked constituting recessed shapes at the upper and the lower position corresponding to the hook surfaces. The hook surfaces of the slide 02 are engaged with the surfaces to be hooked of the tie rods 07 for fastening to integrate the slide 02 into the tie rods 07. This prevents the flare and allows lightweight in the slide 02, and the high-speed rotation.
