A pressing tool 20 for a workpiece W upon incremental forming includes: a pressing plate 23 of pressing the pressing part W2 of a workpiece W; a resin plate 22 interposed between the pressing part W2 and the pressing plate 23; and a plurality of screws 25 screwed to a plurality of the parts of the pressing plate 23 in the vertical direction. Adjustment is performed in such a manner that the pressing force P to press the pressing part W2 of the workpiece W by the resin plate 22 becomes uniform by changing the lengths to project from the bottom faces of the pressing plates 23 of the respective screws 25.
