Abstract:

To provide a fitting structure for a pressure detecting device capable of suppressing the contaminated materials included in the gas in an intake/ exhaust system from intruding into the device with a simple structure.

This pressure detecting device 1 is fitted to the intake surge tank 100 of an internal combustion engine EN via a pressure guide pipe 12 and can detect the pressure in the intake surge tank 100. A throttle section 22 for increasing the air flow velocity is provided in the intake surge tank 100, and a throttle passage 20 arranged along the direction of the air flow generated when the internal combustion engine EN is operated is formed. A pressure intake port 14 on one end side of the pressure guide pipe 12 is opened and installed near the throttle section 22 of the throttle passage 20.
