Abstract:
To provide a pressure sensor 1 capable of detecting a pressure at high sensitivity and a temperature sensor.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 1 includes: a light source 10 that outputs test light; a sensor head unit 60 including a sensor light fiber 20 that receives the test light and includes at least one folding part 24, and a holding part 50 that holds bending of the folding part 24; a PD 30 that receives the test light transmitted by the sensor light fiber 20; and a processing device 40 that detects a pressure applied on the sensor head unit 60 on the basis of intensity of the test light received by the PD 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
