Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a pressure sensor which can make accurate pressure detection irrespective of its fitted state. CONSTITUTION:The title sensor has a pressure sensor element 6 incorporated in the opening 2 of its body 4 and a diaphragm 10 fitted to the margin of the opening 2 and oil 9 is enclosed in the sensor. Therefore, a pressure applied to the diaphragm 10 is transmitted to the element 6 through the oil 9 and detected by means of the sensor 6. The element 6 is positioned so that its pressure-sensitive section can be positioned to the central part of the part filled up with the oil 9 in the vertical direction and constituted so that the element 6 can perform accurate pressure detection without any output calibration even when the fitting state of the element 6 is changed to such a state that the same water head cannot be obtained after the output calibration is once performed.
