Title:
PRESSURE VARIATION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0666687
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To allow correct test for suppressing 'deafening' phenomenon of ventilator for vehicle.

CONSTITUTION: A ventilator 4 for vehicle is interposed between a test chamber 2 and a simulated body space 1 and compressed gas is fed from a booster tank 7 through a boost control valve 9 into the chamber 2 to boost the pressure abruptly or the chamber 2 is coupled through a pressure reduction control valve 12 with a pressure reduction tank 10 to reduce pressure abruptly. In order to reduce the capacities of the tanks 7, 10, a chamber pressure control valve 38 communicated with the atmosphere is opened when the pressure in the chamber 2 is deviated significantly from the atmospheric pressure. A diffuser is disposed in the chamber and compressed gas is fed from the booster tank 7 through the boost control valve 9 thus varying the static pressure in the chamber.
