Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-welding contact which facilitates attachment with and detachment from a mating connector, and a pressure-welding connector.SOLUTION: A pressure-welding contact 1 comprises a wire connection part 1a and a contact connection part 1b. The wire connection part 1a is capable of connecting a terminal of a wire W through a pressure-welding connection. The contact connection part 1b is connectable with a mating contact. The wire connection part 1a includes a first stationary plate 11 and a pressure-welding piece 12. The pressure-welding piece 12 includes a notched groove 12d into which a core wire of the wire W can be freely introduced. The contact connection part 1b includes a second stationary plate 13 and an elastic piece 14. The second stationary plate 13 is adhered to the first stationary plate 11. The elastic piece 14 is inverted from a proximal end 132 of the second stationary plate 13. The elastic piece 14 is disposed while being tilted upwards to a distal end 131 of the second stationary plate 13. The elastic piece 14 includes a contact part 14s in a distal end. The mating contact can be inserted from a clearance between the second stationary plate 13 and the elastic piece 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
