Abstract:
To provide a pressurized oxidation leaching method capable of reducing nickel loss.SOLUTION: A raw material slurry containing nickel sulfide as a raw material is continuously supplied to an autoclave 1 having a plurality of reaction chambers 14a to 14e arranged in series, and the raw material is pressurized oxidation leached to obtain a leach slurry containing leachate and a leaching residue. The leaching solution nickel concentration of the leachate is obtained for each of the reaction chambers 14a to 14e. For each of the reaction chambers 14a-14e, the reference value and leaching nickel concentration are compared to analyze the leaching state of the nickel sulfide. Based on the results of analysis, the amount of cooling water and/or the amount of high-pressure air supplied to the reaction chambers 14a to 14e are adjusted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
