PURPOSE: To provide the pressurizing pump structure for a sphygmomanometer which is extremely small in pressurizing ripples and easy of manufacture and which is of a miniature size and can conduct accurate measurement of blood pressure.

CONSTITUTION: At least each one diaphragm pump 2, 2a is equipped at both end portions of a motor rotary shaft 11 running through a motor 1, and respective diaphragm pumps 2, 2a are fitted through driven shafts 27 connected to the motor rotary shaft 11, and at the same time are set so that air suction/air feed movements may become reverse movements respectively and mutually.
